Yesterday was Jeff and my 7th wedding anniversary so the boys went to my parents' house for a couple of days so Jeff and I could celebrate child-free. We went to Greenville Sunday afternoon and dropped the boys off. My parents had given us a gift card to Ruth's Chris Steak House for our anniversary so we headed there for dinner. It was amazing. We had a great night out. Monday it was so nice to sleep in and relax all day. We went on a long walk in the snow, watched a movie, played our new Wii, and didn't shower until 5 or 5:30. Then we went out to dinner (sushi! yum!) and to see The Fighter. Tuesday morning we slept in as well and then went to breakfast and did some shopping. We picked up the boys around lunchtime. We were so happy to see them. We had a great time just the 2 of us but we sure missed the boys. Thank you to Mom and Dad for everything.
